How far can humans run?

Humans have an incredible ability to run long distances.

How far can a human run


In 2005 Dean Karnazes ran 350 miles without sleeping. He ran over 80 hours from San Francisco to Palo Alto California. He is also the same person to run 50 marathons in 50 days in each marathon in a different state. 
Here are a couple more amazing people who can run a very long distance without stopping.

Kim Allan, who is from New Zealand ran 310 miles without sleeping in 86 hours.

In 2017 Courtney Dauwalter ran roughly 240 at the Moab Ultra race in a time of 2 days, 9 hours, and 59 minutes. She frequently completes 200-mile races.
