You actually have more bacteria cells inside of you than human cells. In fact microbiologists estimate you have up to ten times more bacteria cells.
Almost all of the bacteria cells are helpful to you, and help keep you alive.
Bacteria cells in your gut help digest food, and help your immune system fight disease.
