Prime Factorization using a Factor Tree

Prime factorization or Integer factorization is the process of finding the prime number of an integer that multiply to make the original number.

A prime number is any number that can only be divided by 1 or itself.
Finding the prime numbers can be helpful when you are working with fractions and need to find a LCM or the GCF.

In this video I create several factor trees of numbers to help you see how factor trees are created.
Factor trees are easy to create and I think they are the easiest, most accurate way to find prime numbers.

I created factor trees for, 24 36 48 56 72 90 and 252
