Dragon box Math games

DragonBox was founded by a Math teacher who felt he was failing his students. As a result he created fun Math games to help his students learn Math. As their website says,” DragonBox Algebra was born, and has been widely praised as one of the most innovative math learning games of all time.”
How does this help with your homework. DragonBox will help you learn a Math skill in order to complete your homework, while having some fun in the process.

Algebra Homework Help -- People's Math!

Algebra.com  If you have a question, or need some help with almost any algebra problem this site can help. The power of this site is described on their home page, “Each section has solvers (calculators), lessons, and a place where you can submit your problem to our free math tutors.”

Quizlet is a program that allows you to create quizzes, flashcards, games, and other similar activities in order to help you in school. The power of quizlet is that the program gives you the ability to share your materials with other students in your class, school, or the world. You can take quizzes created by others on the same topic you are studying. Here is what one student has to say about this website, “Quizlet is such a great program. It provides an amazing way for the students at our school to collaborate and help each other in school.”

Photomath is an app that almost looks like Science fiction. Basically you can scan a problem with your phone, and Photomath will solve the problem, and give step by step directions.

Virtual nerd
math videos

Khan Academy is an amazing YouTube channel that is really helpful when learning new Math concepts, but there are other sites that also provide great video tutorials. One of my favorites is virtual nerds. I have found that all of their videos do a great job of explaining difficult Math concepts.

Another helpful channel is MooMooMath. This Math channel uploads a new Math video everyday.

Slader    What is slader? It is a great website that provides answers to Math questions. It accomplishes this several different ways. First, you can find answers specifically to the textbook you are using. Most textbooks are available, and there are answers to most of the questions. Second, you can pay for professional answers provided by Math experts. Finally, you can start what is called a Slader session and collaborate with other people working on the same Math problems.

At  MooMooMath we provide helpful Math and Geometry videos to help you figure out how to solve Math problems or review old Math concepts you may need to refresh. If you’re a Math student or teacher, we'd love to have you subscribe and join us! We upload a new video every day
